No! We automatically dispense FREE, mild, high quality anti-bacterial detergent with every wash in our stainless steel front loaders. Note that this detergent is free from fragrance (low aroma) for skin sensitivities.
We also offer a Bring Your Own (BYO) detergent area at our Snap Paddington, West End and Moorooka stores.
Absolutely, just add softeners or bleach in the funnel at the top of each machine.
They are Super Fast - just 25 minutes to complete. The Mega washers at Paddington, Lutwyche, Keperra and Moorooka are express machines that takes less than 23 minutes. When using Eziwash Pay by Mobile, receive an SMS reminder when a wash or dry cycle is complete.
Yes, you can select Delicate / Normal / Heavy wash type on all our machines. Delicate items should be placed in a suitable delicates wash bag.
Our prices are exactly the SAME for Hot, Warm & Cold water. Unlike many other laundromats we keep the prices the same (regardless of temperature) so that it's easier for you to use & understand.
Definately! Our big front loader machines are perfect for huge items. The Mega washers at Paddington, Lutwyche, Keperra, Alderley and Moorooka take up to 23 kilograms; Maxi washer/s at the Taringa and West End stores can wash up to 20 kilograms. All Triple loaders are also suitable for Queen size items and large loads.
Four of the laundromat locations (Paddington, Lutwyche,Taringa, West End) have an onsite change machine (notes up to $20) so you don't need to bring the correct coins with you.
Please note that our Moorooka, Keperra & Alderley stores does not have a change machine, however Cashless payments are available.
You don't need to use coins at our laundromats. We accept secure cashless credit card payments via Eziwash Pay by Mobile.
YES! Eziwash Mobile App allows you to use your phone, iPad or laptop to pay and start machines. No coins, or cash? Eziwash utilises latest internet and mobile payment technologies to accept secure credit card (also Visa/Mastercard debit card) payments to control your wash or dry. Selected locations also offer card readers on all machines (Tap/Inset/Swipe). All credit card payments are fully PCI compliant to ensure security & privacy.

Eziwash is simple and easy to use
Accepting all major payment methods. Currently, Eziwash Mobile accepts Visa and Mastercard (Debit & Credit), and American Express. Some selected locations offer ApplePay and GooglePay. Stores with Card Readers also accept UnionPay, JCB, Discover, EFTPOS, Diners, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
We offer the highest quality commercial washers. The machine internals are all clean stainless steel, and do not leave marks. There is no malfunction possible of the machine that will cause staining. The washers automatically dispense a suitable dose of high quality commercial laundry detergent. Note that this detergent is free from fragrance (low aroma) for skin sensitivities. All washers allow user selection of hot, warm or cold water.

Our express, natural gas, large capacity dryers are $1 for 6 minutes. A standard load of washing usually takes about 30 plus minutes to dry. Towels and heavier items can take longer. Please note: materials soaked in flammable products - such as grease, massage oil or cooking fats - can be a fire hazard in the dryers and are not suitable.

FREE street parking is available at all locations, just outside. Lutwyche, Moorooka & Alderley also have some onsite parking available at their centres for convenience. Please note that surrounding streets at West End, Keperra and Alderley have 2 hour Meter parking at designated times.
We provide FREE & Fast Internet WiFi while your wait. Bring along your smartphone, laptop or mobile device to access our free WiFi at all sites. Passwords are available at the laundromats.
Our Moorooka, Keperra, Alderley, Lutwyche & Taringa stores provide free USB charging areas. BYO charger.
Our Keperra & Alderley stores have a Snacks & Drinks vending machine. Coin & cashless accepted. There are also great cafes & convenience stores closeby at all sites.

How do I purchase a Gift Certificate?
Gift certificates are available via Eziwash, our internet enabled laundry system that controls all the washers and dryers.

It's simple to activate your Gift Certificate immediately.
